Monday - just saying it makes you feel tired doesn't it?! However in more recent months I have decided to take the Monday blues and banish them forever! I treat Monday as a new start every week I always eat super healthy on Monday as it gears me up and motivates me for the rest of the week (most times anyway)
So here's what I ate today...
Breakfast (8:30) - 2 Weetabix biscuits with almond milk and drizzled honey with a cup of tea.
Snack (10:30) - Banana
Lunch (13:30) - Half a bowl of fresh tomato soup and a wholemeal roll with a berry shot.
Snack (15:30) - Dark chocolate covered rice cake and strawberry chews.
Dinner (19:00) - Pork Loin with sweet potato and green beans with a Satsuma for afters.
Snack (21:30) - Cup of tea and a handful of milkybar mini eggs.
I hope my food diaries give you guys some ideas and don't forget if you want a treat don't deprive yourself! just don't go overboard and eat the whole bag (well not all the time anyway ha!)
